@Vancouver!

Good evening! I'm Haruno.
We had decided to go to Vancouver before so we went there today!
To go there, we had to assemble on the bus stop at 6:30a.m.
The time of movement was so long!
That's why we reached Vancouver around 12:00a.m.

Vancouver is very urbane!
There are many buildings and many streets and many shops.

We had only 5 hours to enjoy Vancouver so we hurried.
After we went around roughly, I met a lot of "zonbi"(the dead person?).
I thought it was fun and unique event!
I took many picture about them.

.
I was so tired. Time of returning was also long.

I'm going to go to DOWN TOWN in Victoria tomorrow!!!

Final presentation class

Hello!　I’m Mariko.
Today was very full day.
Today we have final presentation class. I was very nervous when I gave speech, but I did my best. I think this year’s presentations are high level each. Especially grabbers are fantastic.
Now, anyway, I am relieved to finish the final presentation.
Then I went to Sydney with friends on the optional program. We went shopping and sea. We took many pictures and enjoyed ourselves.
After the program, I went shopping to downtown with friends and I bought Roger’s chocolate for my family. We could try Victoria cream, it tastes good.
After that, we held the birthday party for Risa. We wrote messages for her on the Canadian flag and ate a big chocolate cake. We really enjoyed the party very much.

Tomorrow we are going to Vancouver, so I’m looking forward to go sightseeing and shopping.

Hi,I'm Megumi.
Today,I had class.
In the aftenoon,we had a plan that we would practice presentation after having a nap, but I had overslept so I was awakend by my team member.
After dinner, I went shopping with friends by bus.
We bought many souvenirs.
However, because of shopping I was late for practicing presentation with my team member.
I gave a lots of trouble to them today.
I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry.

To get back my honor, I'll do my best for tomorrow's presentation.

Hi I'm Jun. Today, we had many things to do. First, our business team have to complete our business report that lacks conclusion paragragh. Second, we prepared for our presentation. I wrote my munuscript which I will memorize and read in presentaion on Friday. To begin with, we paracticed by ourselves,and then we jointed practice in my friend's room. The works made me so tired, however I am filled with satisfaction now. After that, I and my friends went to the hill to see a starry sly. Many bright stars could be seen from there because it was clear today. Fortunately, I saw shooting stars twice. The night view at Victoria was also so beautiful.
I hope that tomorrow will be better day.

I went to japanese foods shop and bought some food but it is more expensive than in Japan.

Today, I practased hair arrenge withg friends.
Megumi has nice tecnique, so we rouled our hair.
We had goooooooood time.
We will spend busy time next monday.
I feel sad to rest of EAP is only 1 week.

Japanese food!!!

Hi, I’m Haruno!
Today I went to shopping center with my friend from PM3:00.
This shop is far from our dormitory, so we had to ride the bus for an hour.
Well, we reached there at PM4:00 and started shopping!!!
However, shop was closed at PM5:00 because today is Sunday:(
In short, how long we rode bus is longer than how long we go shopping…

But from PM5:00 we spent so nice time!!!
We held “Japanese food party”.
Every member brought Japanese food to my room, for example, miso soup, sushi, soba, furikake, rice and so on.
In addition, I prepared BGM which show Japan!
I was pleased with this atmosphere and dear taste.
But my room is filled with food smell now.

From yesterday, classes will start so I am doing much homework now.

Great fireworks

Hi! I’m Mariko.
Today I went to downtown with my friends.
I bought souvenirs and went to a nice café, Venus Sophia.
The owner of Venus Sophia came to Uvic and we listened to her speech about her business the day before yesterday. So, I’m interested in her café.
The café is very cute and we have delicious tea and cake.
We enjoyed very much.

From 5:00p.m., we went to the Butchart Garden.
It is very large place and there are a lot of beautiful flowers. We took a lot of pictures.
At night, we saw great fireworks. we were moved. It was very different from Japanese fireworks.

There is no class tomorrow. I want to have a nice day!

Thank God it's FRIDAY!!!!!
Today, I was soooooooooooo excited!

I had a class, and did practice presentation about "Valentino Chocolate".
It's so difficult to speak without notes.

In the afternoon, we played various sports, for examle, soccer, basketball, tennis, and vollyball in gym.
I was very tired, but I had a good time.

After that, we enjoyed a barbecue in UVIC, then I ate too much.
We took many pictures.

There is a plan of only girls party at night.
I'm looking forward to attending it!

Hello I'm Jun.
Today, we went to Hotel Grand Pacific to do Business Interview.
We wore casual clothes because our teachers said we didn't have to wear suits.
We had no appointment, but they willingly accepted us.
My friend asked some question to superviser, and the interview was over for fifteen minutes.
After that, we walked around the downtown. It was warm and the sunshine was so bright.
Recently, I tend to be sleeply in class, and I need to be careful not to sleep in class.

August 11th. Today, I went restaurant with an international student. Then I speak a lot with him!! From when I came here to now, I had many chances to speak English with an international student. It is so fan!!

Orange days!

Hi! I'm ayumi.
today, we went to Fujiya.
I found video of drama which is TENCHIZIN.
I thought that culture of Japan is very penetratimg in Canada.
because TENCHIZIN is very very very very new drama
of nihon housou kyoku.
But I didn't lend that. everyone who go with us there
are bought SUSHI and PONSUKE!
After that, we went to pouple market.
It is chinese restaurant. That time was very delicious.
I will spend happy time uninterruptedly♥

Hi! I’m Haruno.
Today is Monday, so we need to attend classes.
But my group member, Jun absented. In short, he was sleeping while we were studying.
Maybe he had played weekends so much and had been tired.
On the afternoon, I’ m going to go swimming and I put on swimwear and took shower.
However life saver didn’t come so we can’t swim:(
Then we were running around the UVic. It was so fun!
I enjoyed studying and playing.
I’m looking forward to having a nice day tomorrow.

Today is Sunday,so there is no class.
It's a fine day,but I was tired,so I got up late in this morning.

Today I went shopping to downtown with friends and bought some souvenirs.
We went to 2 dollers shop.
There are many exciting things.
We met a baby in front of the shop and talked with him.
He is very cute and we taught him Japanese.
It was very pleasant time.

We will have a class tomorrow,so I will do my best!

rainy day

Hi! I'm Megumi.
Today is Saturday!Holiday!
Unfortunarely, it rains all day.

I joined program called "Tea for two".
I went Canadian home with my friend.
We had tea, cookies, and toast and talked for 3hours.
She showed picture of her wedding. She's so beautiful.
It was so difficult but good opportunity for me to speak English.

Also, I went shopping in Downtown.
I was so excited at 1doller shop.

I had a good time!

It was a good day.

I'm Jun. I got used to live in the dormitory.
Yesterday, my friend lost his wallet at the downtown.
We tried to find out, in vain. We geessed that it was stolen on the street.
Today, he asked if his wallet was kept at the Bay Centre and found it.
That made him and us very relieved!!
I didn't expected that things once lost came back to the owner.
After that, we played Frisbee on the large ground.
That was really fun because we can't do that in Japan.
Both pleasant and troublesome things makes me tired.

I am Yuri, sorry to be late.....
It has been 3 days since we came to victoria!
Because of long flight and jet lag , our first & second day started a little later than we used to.
Today our class went to downtown , then we went shopping , bought some souveniors , challenged to talk to beautiful girl!!!!
I realized that in this pace , up to last day, my speaking skills will better!!!!!
